Our fleet consists of Lincoln Town Car Executive L Sedans (long wheelbase),  Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 740Li sedans, 8 passenger extended Lincoln limousines, Ford Expedition EL and Denali SUV's, the Mercedes Sprinter in both 11 and 15 passenger configurations, mini coaches with 22, 32, and 41 passenger seating configurations, and full size motor coaches, some of which can be provided with seat belts for all passengers.   Our vehicles are washed at least twice daily and fully detailed a minimum of twice a month.

		DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE: Special Rate One hour of service with no "Garage Time" within the boundaries of Fullerton Avenue on the north (2400N), Cermak Road (2200S) and McCormick Place on the south, Ashland Avenue on the west (1600W), and Lake Michigan on the east. Perfect for those short one-way trips to conventions and trade shows, to shop, to dine at one of Chicago's great restaurants, or to take in one of Chicago's many entertainment options. Shuttle rate is available on the Standard Sedan. Certain conditions apply - ask our agent for details.
		Wheelchair Accessible Vans: Feature electric ramp, space for one or two wheelchairs and seating for 2 or 3 passengers. Available with sufficient advance notice. Rates are available on request.
		ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES: Coordination and assistance for groups, meetings and special events. $55.00 per hour, per representative (4.0 hour minimum).
		CHILD SEATS: As part of our commitment to make your family travel as safe and comfortable as possible, Child Seats are available in appropriate sizes for all infants and toddlers at no additional charge. We do ask that a parent secure the seat in the vehicle, and assure the child is properly belted. Please advise our agent of the age and weight of your child at the time of booking.

OTHER DETAILS

		Along with an 8% service charge, a recommended chauffeur's tip of 20% (adjustable at the discretion of the client) has been added to hourly and mileage rates, and included in the airport transfer rates as shown.
		There is a two-hour minimum charge on all charter service, with the exception of the Downtown Shuttle which is one hour.
		Rates are computed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns to the garage. (Portal-to-Portal)
		Mileage rates may be charged in lieu of hourly rates when a considerable amount of driving occurs in a short period of time. This is normally determined in advance.
		Cancellation, without the required two-hour notice locally in Chicago, 24 hours for International bookings, or 48 hours for motor coach service, is subject to charge.
		Passengers who have difficulty locating their vehicle must call 312-808-8000 for assistance prior to leaving any pickup location or be subject to full charges for a No-Show. Vehicles may take up to 15 minutes to arrive curbside at O'Hare or Midway due to T.S.A. security procedures.
